Oh, das ist prima! Die Idee, das schon vorhandene, umfangreiche "GeigerLog" zu nehmen, anstatt irgendwelche Python-Scripte laufen zu lassen, hatte ich auch schon. Das ist das Beste, was Gissio machen konnte - @ullix wirds freuen.

Regarding your first question: data logging stores cumulative pulse count. From there both rate and dose can be calculated.

"On the FS-600 and FS-1000, Rad Pro can store up to 91080 data points. At normal radiation levels, this allows for 63 days of data at 1-minute intervals, 158 days at 5-minute intervals, 316 days at 10-minute intervals, 948 days at 30-minute intervals, and 1897 days at 60-minute intervals."

Also es wird einfach immer nur der Zählerstand des Impulszählers gespeichert. Bei einem Intervall von 1 Minute reicht das also 91080 Minuten, resp. ~ 2 Monate. Das ist schon nicht schlecht. Was passiert wenn dieser Speicher voll ist? Werden die ältesten Daten überschrieben oder hört er auf mit loggen? Das wäre auch gut zu wissen.

Aja GeigerLog funktioniert no ned richtig, bleibt nach ca 12 min stehen.

Man braucht offenbar mindestens Python 3.10 und das erfordert mindestens Windows 8.
Mit Python 3.9 gehts nicht los, da kommt eine Fehlermeldung.

Meinen Rechner werde ich dafür aber nicht umbauen.
